I need to pay my o2 monthly bill however my phone has no signal at all meaning I can’t call or get texts so can log into my o2 account.
I have tried everything possible to get signal again but nothing is working
please can you help.
can o2 block service on the phone despite me wanting to pay the bill?

You need to use Skype to call payment management. Guide: A Guide to Skype
Or contact O2 via social media on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
Or finally you can go into an O2 shop and they can call the relevant payment management number for you

If you want to avoid problems like this in the future, set up a Direct Debit, as the guide says.
