Hi

i have no signal since the swap. Only get E and no G. 
Can anyone advise.

Have you still got a Virgin SIM in your phone, @R1k? You may find it sorts some issues out when you change it to a branded O2 SIM, and an O2 Shop can do that for you if you go in with some photo id to show them. Good Luck!

Check if your apn has updated to O2.
