Solved: No service????

I have no service whatsoever. It's saying not registered? I can't call out, receive calls or do any texts. The robot chat is not putting me through to anyone, and I can't call o2 because the phone isn't working. I can't find an email for o2 either.

I see on the news Sky Mobile is having problems and mention of it only impacting o2 customers trying to call Sky mobile customers. But it's a little coincidental no? How am I meant to fix this now as need to get on my internet banking but can't because I can't receive the text message for 2 factor authentication.

Someone help please?
