I ordered a phone on 1st December for click and collect. It is now the 6th December. It was due on the 3rd.
I have contacted the helpline. The first time they assured me it was in transit (which is what my orders says).
I called again today and the helpline operator said it was "mangled in the system" and she would "contact the back office" who would "action a reorder" and she would call me back. She never called me back.
Has anyone else heard such nonsense or help me unscramble what any of it means, and more importantly : will I ever receive my phone?

It means they haven't got anything to send out but are happy to take your money and make false promises.
