No phone. No help on helpline.

I ordered a phone on 1st December for click and collect. It is now the 6th December. It was due on the 3rd. 

 

I have contacted the helpline. The first time they assured me it was in transit (which is what my orders says).

 

I called again today and the helpline operator said it was "mangled in the system" and she would "contact the back office" who would "action a reorder" and she would call me back. She never called me back.

 

Has anyone else heard such nonsense or help me unscramble what any of it means, and more importantly : will I ever receive my phone?

It means they haven't got anything to send out but are happy to take your money and make false promises.

this is the same thing thats happened to me 

i will have to speak to my bank about a dispute

Contact O2 to cancel and go elsewhere to buy.
