Simple answer is NO , read your terms and conditions which are quite clear on the position ALL uk networks take on this..

Also check here https://status.o2.co.uk

Also if its no mast working pop into an o2 store as it could be an issue with your sim card.. just remember to take photo ID with you.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Apart from our guides we can't help here as we are all customers. If it's seven weeks then there will be good reason.

The Terms and Conditions which you carefully read do state you are not guaranteed a signal 24/7

These may or may not help

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

Download the My Network App to report and keep abreast of updates

https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

The only way you'll get out for free is by agreement from complaints make a complaint

Note process and timescales here Customer Complaints Code

Alternatively, pay off your device plan and leave for free.

Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

You can then put another networks sim in your phone but check their coverage with free PAYG sims before committing to a contract and carefully read the associated T&C's.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
