New sim not working

I’ve moved from sky to O2, sim came today. Put it in, tried to text SWAP to 20220 and the text has bounced back. Phone saying no sim.

You need to contact O2.

You need a PAC from Sky

Give the PAC to O2 and they will then give you a date that they will transfer your number to the new sim

You can't do it yourself by the sim swap route
