Hi all! I have been an O2 customer ever since I got my first phone when I was 12 - always been happy with the service.

I have recently moved to Italy and have had to get a different Sim, but this is an E-SIM so I am able to also keep my current O2 SIM and number. I still have family and friends in the UK and I don't want my number to change. Plus, I'll be using this SIM when I visit home.

I'm not sure what to do - I don't need to pay for as much data, will I be allowed to stay on O2 even if I'm not living in the UK?

@AliceBert97

You can only use the O2 sim abroad for a maximum of 63 days in any 4 month period before incurring extra charges or being cut off.

The intention is for temporary use abroad, not full time.

If you come back to the UK every 4 months, you'll be fine, but otherwise it won't work for you I'm afraid.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
