I was with o2 left last month and paid my last payment to leave, you have now charged me another payment yesterday of £37 or so can you please tell me why as I no longer with you

How did you tell o2 you were leaving @Ghislaine ?
Ideally you would have followed one of the methods in this guide - Guide: Cancelling Your Contract .
As this is a customer community we can't tell you why you've had another bill - you need to get in touch with customer services, but I would guess your account has not been closed yet.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
