Keeping number

spoke to customer services ref keeping old number , gave them code told to wait until 6pm Monday. Phone now states O2 but emergency calls only, when you ring the phone it won't connect.

What I'm I missing?

Reboot the phone a couple of times, if no joy, reach out to O2 on Social Media this morning, links just below this post, @Sa4 - they should be able to see if your port has completed. Note the process normally takes up to 24 hours during the week. Good luck!
