Hi,
I'm currently in a position where I'm applying to international positions and thus have to receive calls from international numbers (I am currently in the UK with a UK number), I was contacted by a couple of people over e-mail stating that they cannot connect to my number (Yes, using +44 7.....), the number refuses to connect.
Here's the kicker though, friends of mine are able to call my number using the same number I give to companies, so, what on earth is going on?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Hi @Connor_d this is more than likely a restriction on the callers end and not something to do with you. You could however try and take your sim out for 5 minutes and put it back in - make sure you don't have any call diversions in place and make sure your settings on your phone are all default factory settings for incoming calls. Failing that you may have to contact o2 to resolve your query
