You can cancel your O2 sim within 14 days but you'll need to renegotiate your deal with Virgin.

So someone on Virgin has signed you up to a Volt Package by the sounds of things.

You will have to take it up with them in the first instance contact them on 0345 6000 789 or 0345 4541111.
