Hi 

I have a physical sim and I need to move to eSIM. Can’t find any options. Please help

Only two ways. 1. Via phoning Customer Services. 2. By calling into an O2 Store with Photo ID.

Unless you really need it the advice here is steer clear  Esims and O2 don't go well together.

esim is not supported on Pay as You Go, so you wont be able to get one... Unless again you sign up to a Pay Monthly Account, your Rolling Plan is not a contract
