I have put my SIM into a new phone, because the one I was using dided yesterday.
The new device is asking for a SIM metwork unlock PIN, but I don't remember it. Nor I have it written down anywhere.
Can I activate my SIM through my O2 app? If so, would anyone kindly send me the step-by-step guide on how to do it?
I am uning an Android device, if that helps.

Sounds like phone is hard locked due to too many failed unlock attempts.
You may need an MCK (master reset code) which @Martin-O2 @lewys-gp or @RafaC can help with.

Thank you MI5, unfortunately this suggestion will not work for me, because I am not at this stage of locking yet. I am actually looking for the initial (the first stage) PIN.
