Hello,

 

I have 400mb broadband but the coverage in my home is very poor. How do you apply for additional wifi units?

 

Please help

You will have to talk to Virgin Media who have now moved onto the new pods.

150 from A Virgin Phone or 0345 4541111 from any other

They may ask you to use the Virgin Connect App for them to identify your needs

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@PaulT01 If you're not a Virgin customer you need to speak to whichever company supplies your home broadband. It isn't a service that O2 does.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
