I have reported the fraudulent stealing of my money over at least 3 years to O2 but the lady on the phone said records only went back 3 years.  I require an investigation and evidence in case this goes back even further.  I require full records.

Who do I talk to about this?  How do I get this evidence.

@Zenith1

O2 can provide your bills going back 2 years or you can download them yourself.

Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

If you want details going back more than 2 years you will need to raise a DSAR request through o2.

This will provide with full account information, and full details on how to request this are here: https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/privacy-policy

Don't expect any support on this from the ****** that are O2. I had hundreds of pounds stolen from me by SB7 and O2 chose to side with the fraudster over the customer. It doesn't matter how much evidence you have and how little the scammers have – O2 will not help.

I'd also suggest not wasting your time with powerless adjudicators like the Comms ADR. Save yourself the bother and go straight to the legal stage. Write a letter before action to SB7. When they offer you a partial 'goodwill' refund, that's your cue to take them to court.
