I purchased a S23 FE a couple of weeks ago and have noticed the front camera doesn't focus very well at all.
I'm not a huge selfie taker, but on the few occasions that I have tried out my camera, I've noticed that it doesn't focus on my skin/pores/face as well as my S21 did - which makes zero sense considering they both have 10 MP front cameras.
I'm still within the 30 days window so I'm thinking I might have to return the phone to O2 and request a replacement as I don't want to be stuck with a potentially faulty front camera for the next 24 months.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with the S23 FE front camera? I'm just trying to gauge if it's a general problem with the model or if it's just my device that is faulty.
I'm also a little suspicious that I might have been given a phone that was previously returned by someone else. The S23 FE was out of stock at the beginning of Jan. But when I checked the o2 website on 8th Jan the white/cream version was suddenly available - so I went ahead and purchased it. It then went back to being out of stock again straight after, which makes me question if the device I was given by o2 was returned by someone else. And I wonder if they also returned it because of the front camera issue?
Any advice welcome. Thanks in advance!
