Hello, I have a sim only contract on with 02 ( pay monthly ) and have taken out an Esim pay monthly contract with O2... i have now been sent my 3rd QR code and still wont activate
talking to their customer service team is like getting water out of a stone and nobody is able to help me
I have already been billed for this second Esim that I have effectively not been able to use and i have mobility issues which makes going into an O2 store difficult
anybody else knows what else i can do, or is anyone having issues like that?

What error do you get when trying to activate the esim?

Hello! I am having the exact same issue - have done QR 3 times now; same message as above. Have spoken to o2 - no luck/ suggestions. Any help appreciated. Thank you!
