Delete a device window won't close.

Good morning all, I have a problem with my o2 account page. When I log in I get the window open asking if I want to remove this device and no matter how many times I click on " no I want to keep this device" it won't close and keeps asking the same question. I have 2 devices and it is the same for both, I am using an Apple MacBook Air. Any advice would be helpful, thanks!!

Hi @ROBFROMKENT 

First thing to try, is to delete the app and reinstall.

If this doesn't fix the issue, then contact O2 for them to reset you My O2.

Give O2 a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202.

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

Mine does the same and it's online as well as app.

It's just a glitch so I ignore it.
