If you are asking if you are insured with O2, then insurance is a bolt-on in MyO2. Hence, you can check that yourself.

You might also have taken out insurance with a different provider, or have cover via your household contents policy. However, O2 would not know about that.

There is further information about O2 insurance here :-

If a fault rather than physical damage, you may be covered by warranty.

Check with the phone manufacturer but in general android phones are covered for 2 years and Apple for one year.

Alternatively, if you are on a plus plan with O2 they will warrant the phone for 3 years.

You need to contact O2 to check that.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

If you have a paid for bank account then you might have phone insurance with them - but you will need to pay the excess...

Might be worth checking if the charging port has built up grime and lint from your pocket, I swear half the time a faulty charging port is just dust or lint blocking the pins from making contact.
