Dear Customer Services,

It seems very difficult to have a meaningful contact with a human being on your O2 site, unless you wish to buy something!!

I have two phone contracts currently with O2
- monthly contract for number: [Removed] (ex Virgin Media)
- monthly SIM only for number [Removed]
The latter number [Removed] was to service a remotely located 4G security camera. However, due to faults in the camera this has not been operational since August. I have continued to pay the monthly of £5.86 since that time, however, since there seems no prospect of the camera being fixed, I have now cancelled this direct debit payment. There does not appear to be a phone number I can call to inform O2 of this so I hope this message will suffice. Please phone me on [Removed] if any questions.
Thanks,

Ken Smith

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Worst thing you could have done is cancel the direct debit, as you still need to give notice to o2 that you wish to cancel otherwise they will chase you for the payments..

You cant cancel via live chat anyway, and as has been pointed out to you, you need to call o2, and follow the instructions given

iPhone 16 Pro Max - o2 and Spusu
Xperia 1V - Spusu

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
