Hi, I have just received my new Samsung S24 that I have upgrade from my old S20+. I have just finished setting it up and have not managed to activate my eSim. I cannot find a QR code or another activation code that it requires and the MyO2 app and website does not give me and option to activate it either. Can you help with this? Thanks.

If you cant find the option under Your Sim then you need to contact Customer Services all the details are here Guide: How to find help & contact O2
In the mean time you can use your old sim card in the phone if it hasnt been cut off.
