I reached my spend cap, so I paid my bill. I still cannot make any calls. Please advise.

You can call O2 to increase your spend cap Guide: Spend Caps & Charge to Mobile on O2 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If you reach your spend cap it will not reset until your refresh date whether you pay your bill early or not

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
