I have an Apple Watch cellular which I have used for some time now. Since adding this to my contract I have been having issues. When people are calling me they do not hear a ring tone. My phone rings as normal but they have no idea if call is connecting or not and often hang up before I get a chance to answer. I have spoken to customer services many times about this, have been sent a new SIM, been through all my do not disturb settings. Customer services keep telling me there are issues in my area although the o2 network app says not and days later I get a message to say issue shave been resolved. Even after this callers cannot hear a ringtone when phoning me.
Any ideas would be welcomed, I have tried to ignore this problem or sometime and wait to see if this ever got resolved, with the current home working situation I am ore reliable on my mobile and I am missing so many calls which is becoming really frustrating.

It's a known issue with sSim connectivity on O2.
O2 are aware of the issue even if customer service aren't.
