Hi, I've paid my phone bill, it was very much overdue. Its been over 24hrs and I've still got no service.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202
or 0344 809 0202 (or Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

I can't call them, as I have no service still, even though I've paid my bill. I've been restarting my phone since yesterday

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
