Hi, I received my new pay monthly sim card last Wednesday (April 12th) and transferred my old number from giffgaff using the PAC code they gave me. It has been 6 days from the number transfer and there has been a bar put on my account. I have asked numerous times to have thus removed as I don't have a late bill etc to pay, intact my first bill isn't for another 7 days. I need my phone for work and waiting 6 days so far is ridiculous. Please sort this out ASAP.

This is a customer community @Redflame85 so we can't do anything to your account.

You need to get in touch with customer services - either call 202 from your o2 phone or use Skype to call 0800 032 1402.

Hi, I can't ring 202 from my phone as it is showing as SIM 1 NOT ALLOWED and emergency calls only, I also cannot Skype as I don't have WiFi at home, only on my sim card that I can't use. Have spoken to an advisor on live chat who advised to ask on the community forum 🙈

You can use Skype to call the 0800 number I gave before @Redflame85 (0800 032 1402)...

Could you help me to get this sorted please. 9 days and counting of having no working sim is ridiculous.

@Redflame85 Unfortunately I think you will have to find a way to get in touch with customer service about this. If you are able to access the online community here but not use Skype, you may find that contacting O2 on social media is the best route. If you aren't able to do that, you can try an O2 store.
