Hello
I’ve purchased an Apple Watch s7 from John Lewis and added a data plan to my sim only contract.
I followed the instructions on:
How do I buy an Airtime Plan on an Apple Watch that I already have?
Now, I see the data plan in MyO2, but I get this error when opening the data plan settings on my phone:
Oops, something went wrong. Try again and if the problem continues call 202 for free from your O2 mobile, quoting reference code 14
Customer services could not resolve the issue.
•iData is enabled
•WiFi calling is ON
Looks like a common issue with devices not purchased from O2. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

@O2Emma hi Emma,
having similar issues to others but I think was an issue of my own making.
I reset my data plan on my apple watch ultra that I got last month as cell connection was a tad flaky compared to my older watch it replaced.
But then when trying to add the data plan back on I get the error 14 message.
can you help , thank you 😊

@Cleoriff @O2Georgina Sorry to say I still have my original issue , having to hard reset the watch every time to gain a cell signal.
have found this thread below , which is exactly my problem, can someone help me through the same solution as that noted on that thread, I use my watch loads to run, and this issue is starting to do my head in lol

Hi @Number_3 - @O2KyleW is on duty currently, perhaps he can take a look at the solution above and see if your circumstances match the fix - keep an eye out for a message from the O2 Advisor here shortly. Good luck!
