Since I’ve had my Apple series 8 Watch I have intermittent data when I’m away from my phone (Bluetooth connection).
I did a soft reset as suggestion via chat. Did nothing.
today I tried a hard reset!! My watch then literally became useless as was stuck on the setting up screen to setup a data connection and then getting error code 14.
called technical at o2. She didn’t have the foggiest what to do, kept going on about choosing the option to setup a new connection. There is no option.
please help!! I need to get my watch data back as I often go out without my phone (dress wearing season!) 😁
