I bought an Apple Watch Ultra directly from apple. I followed the O2 directions on setting up the cellular data, however the ESIM has been stuck on activating for 4 days. I have contacted Customer Services but keep getting the run around. They keep asking me if I have set the Watch up as described on the O2 website and suggest reading the how to And FAQ sections. Please help!!!
