Hi all
Not tried this before so here goes...
I recently bought a new apple watch ultra and transferred my esim from my old series 7 - following the process given. The mobile phone bit works fine and I can make calls. The issue is the 4G which constantly dops out. If I restart the phone it works for about 30 mins then drops off and will not reconnect.
Things I have done
Rung 202 several times over several hours
Reset the watch, unpaired, repaired etc
Had the esim reset
Removed the plan and readded (with the error code 14 - which has now gone)
I am not 4 days into waiting for a call from the tech team and dont know what to do
Can anyone help ???

There seems to be a few issues with moving from 1 watch to another @ajmfish
Normally CS have to remove the old one before you can add the new one.
