18+ Restrictions

Keep trying to lift the 18+ restrictions on my account. I did not request these. O2 planted them and now the only help seems to be a ******ing chatbot that only work office hours and is too busy at the moment. Virgin was who I signed up to. I could always get through to a human being operator with them. WTF are O2 playing at?
