Hi,
I was at O2 till I called to cancel my abonment the 28th of August. As there is a delay between the notice of cancellation and the cancellation itself, I was not surprised to pay something in September and October; but now in November, I found out this monring a new billing email in my email box.
I do not have anymore the sim card so I can't connect to my O2 account. I ask to be contacted by your services. If this does not happen, I will oppose the payment.
