I've been paying £6 a month since march for a SIM card that never arrived. I'll be seeking legal action since this qualifies as fraud with you charging me for a service that you failed to provide

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
