i have been trying to receive a refund for two months charges for disney channel even after cancelling it. when i asked to speak to an account manager as i could not convince the operator of the details of the cancellation i was informed i would be contacted within 24 hours. that was tuesday and i have received no such call. when i tried to contact o2 again to clear up this issue i was cut off and now cannot even call it report it. this is not acceptable and i need someone to contact me as soon as possible.
