Why do I get this message when I try and upgrade online?

Sorry roogers, but we are all customers here as well!
I've never upgraded online so have never seen the message so i cant help. But my first instinct would be to upgrade in a shop anyway, it means you get the phone there and then rather than having to wait for delivery!

It could be because they cant upgrade you online! Just saying!
Why not give Customer Services a call or pop into a shop to discuss your upgrade?
