Hi 02 team,
my tariff is around 17 pound a month.
I have been consistently charged 35 a month for a good few months now.
is this is a mistake on your end, and please can i get a refund ASAP?

Are you on a Refresh contract?If so there are 2 payments, One for the airtime and one for the device

Did you have a discount covering the minimum period @0202 ?
What is your bill showing the charges are relating to? Do you have an extra like Disney or anything?
