need a PAC code to go to Lebara, my phone is NOT a 5G and from 1 Jan I will not be able to access 02

I was on PUFFL but 02 are stopping this from 1 Jan along with the fact that my phone is NOT 5g.  BUT for some unknown reason 02 are stopping me getting a PAC code - they want me to upgrade my phone & pay more per month (as a pensioner I cannot afford to do this - my phone is only used for calls incoming & outgoing).

I cannot afford more money with all the Gov. cuts already but 02 are unwilling to help me.

They can not stop you (unless you are in debt or not the account holder), just text PAC to 65075 or follow this guide Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]

O2 are now trying the hard sell everytime a PAYG customer rings up, even to the point of giving out misinformation
