Hi I have lost my phone and need a new sim and can't login in the App.

This is a community of o2 customers, so we can't see your account or send you a new sim.
You need to speak to someone to report your phone and sim lost - your "old" sim will then be barred and a new one sent to the address on the account.
Follow the instructions in the guide below:

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
