incoming calls go straight to voicemail

I can't receive incoming calls but can make calls. Texts take over an hour to come through too!!
Is anyone else suffering from this?

What phone are you using? How old is it?...

Check your postcode here Service Status

Clean simcard and reboot the phone.

Think about getting your simcard changed at the local O2 store.

What phone do you have and we can advise how to reset it.

its s4 mini and no more than 16 months old...worked fine yesterday and if i ring a friend first they can call me backand it rings, but other than that nothing

Are you using TuGo by any chance? Try disabling it on every device you've got it installed on.

Check you haven't enabled "blocking Mode" by accident.
