iPhone 13 pro click and collect - ordered 5 weeks ago now

Good morning,

 

I ordered the iPhone 13 pro almost 5 weeks ago now for click and collect to a store near me. When ordering it said delivery would take UP TO 4 weeks. I contacted o2 last week as I still haven’t received a dispatch email even though my order status online is “complete”. I was advised by o2 that it was expected to be in on 16/11/21. Therefore I spoke with o2 web chat to find out if it was in yet on the 16th they advised me they couldn’t know that information so to contact the store. I phoned the shop and they said it wasn’t there yet and they had no way of knowing when it would get there!! 


I have since went into o2 website and the phone is now IN STOCK and if I was to order now it would come for delivery tomorrow! Therefore where is my phones ordered 5 weeks ago?!!!!

 

just wondering if it’s normal to not received any dispatch email or communication for a phone ordered 5 weeks ago? And if there is any way at all I can track down my order? The track my order on myo2 is the most useless thing ever so please don’t recommend this.

The website doesn't show a live stock system which in this day and age is appalling.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

 

Edited to add, you wont be able to track your order until you get an email stating it's been dispatched.
