I previously paid my O2 bills by automated credit card payment. However, O2 have stopped taking my payment automatically. I've tried to find where to set this up and there's reference to it on the MyO2 page but nothing seems to let you set it up. I used to be able to speak to someone when I called 202 but can't seem to get through to a person any more. Thanks

Thanks for the phone numbers. I was struggling to get through to an actual person when I called 202, with options only on making a payment. I'll try again and these other numbers too, if necessary. Cheers.
