Obviously I can’t download my eSIM without logging in, but I can’t login with that number without the eSIM. Why can’t I use a different method of security to retrieve the eSIM?! I also can’t call for support and am awaiting life changing phone calls to the number that I’ve probably missed HELP!

You can try calling o2 customer services using Skype @darylrichards7 - the number and how to do it are in the two guides below.

They might be able to switch your old plastic sim back on (assuming you still have it), or help get you logged into your account.

Alternatively you can visit your local o2 store, with photo ID, to get either a new plastic sim or the eSim QR code.
