hi I do not want to renew my contract when it reaches the end of the 24 month period. I have spent a long time waiting for my call to 202 to be answered only to be told that they could not access my account due to computer problems. I have also used live chat who after many security questions advised me to contact 202

Hi,
This is a customer to customer help forum.
Its is important that you phone 02 on 202 or your contract will revert to a 30 day rolling contract.
Live Chat are unable to help you with this.
Contact 02 to either end your contract, or ask for a PAC Code to move your number to another network, or ask them to move you to a PAYG term.
