Hi all
I paid a large deposit three months ago and kept up with payments, the deposit amount is now showing on my bill which is great.
I have requested a refund yesterday 03/01/23 which seems ok.
My question is realistically when would I see this? and should I expect this to disappear off my bill as it has been refunded?
I'm concerned it is still showing so may not have been refunded yet? really could do with the funds this time of year.
o2 have been great so far I must add.

It will show as a credit on your 4th bill.
If you want it transferred to your bank account, contact O2 to request it.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
