Start again with a freshly-opened browser window, @Renata2 - accessing the forum and then the O2 online shop sometimes confuses the browser. Even using an Incognito or InPrivate tab can help clear the hurdle you are facing.
Or call into an O2 Shop, with photo id and a recent utility bill if looking to buy a new contract SIM or phone. Good luck.

I have opened in new browser, passed check out, credit check result, confirmed everything and check out is again grey and waiting for approval...it cant be worse, rather I remove my basket and take somewhere else
