Resolved! International Roaming

I gave a new monthly contract, all inclusive minutes ,text& data.I received an 02 message when we got to Portugal. When we got to the Canary Islands all I got was Movistar on my phone. Is this alright to use with my package?

SSN was not recognised

I have been trying to sim swap for the last 4 days, and it is not working. When it asks me to type my SSN whether through SMS or the form, I got the message that unfortunately it was not recognised.Anyone facing something similar? Quite annoying.
