I have missed this month's payment as I am in hospital after being conned and having a minor stroke. I will endeavour to make a double payment as soon as I get paid at the end of the month.

Hi, Brand new phone, picked it up today - I can't seem to top up. I've received texts from o2 etc, so the sim seems to be activated, but I've had payments from two different cards declined. Have I missed a step in set up?
