Why wont my messages send

My messages will not send,it keeps saying 'sending' i have a new sim and i keep taking it out and wiping it,i have checked the signal thing on the o2 website,but it still does it,will someone help please. reall annoying

Go into messages and settings to check the message centre number:

Message service centre settings

• +447802000332 for Pay Monthly
• +447802092035 for Pay & Go

I have managed to get onto the edit access point to put all the details in.the server,mmsc,mms proxy,mms port has not been set

Try sending DATA to 2020.

That didn't work.I have cleaned my sim,checked the area for my signal,i don't know what else it could be.The only thing i can think of is that i need the details to put into access points like the proxy etc.I switched to monthly from pay&go
