Hi,
I have noticed on my account that I have been charged 'monthly extras' for
2 consecutive months, but I don't know why.
How can I find out why I have been charged extra?

@just-me The charges may be for extras that were included as a promotion for a limited amount of time and that time has now elapsed. You can check your bill here: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? (o2.co.uk)
