When does my contract end?

Can someone please tell me how to find out online when my pay monthly contract ends? I don't want it to automatically renew or anything. I've been following the FAQs and stuff and still can't find it.... I'm trying to call up 202 to find out that way, but so far I've been on hold for over 10 minutes.

I've looked there, and I don't use the website much so I guess maybe I'm just missing it, but I think there's a lot of stuff missing. Like I went through their guide to view my bill online and it doesn't show up or look anything like it does on their example.

Do you have an actual link I could possibly use?

No you aren't! It seems that it isn't set up correctly and you may not be using the log-in details that O2 set it up under.

I'm afraid you will have to contact customer service either by phone or they should be able to give you the information on the Chat link in my signature.

Also ask them to reset My O2 for you, check log-in details.
